A premiação é realizada pela HUMUS, em parceria com associações, confederações e federações educacionais de todo o país. O objetivo é colaborar para o fortalecimento da gestão educacional brasileira.
A cerimônia de condecoração aconteceu durante o evento educacional GEduc, no dia 30 de março, no Hotel Maksoud Plaza, em São Paulo.
Nesta edição, concorreram cerca de 100 executivos de todo o território nacional. Trata-se da primeira vez que um diretor de uma instituição católica ganha o prêmio. Toda a comunidade educativa do CSCM-RJ ficou muito orgulhosa ao receber a notícia. “Esse prêmio é nosso!” – Professor Amaro França.
